Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan house forming part of terrace. Painted render to entrance elevation, painted harl to rear. Base course. Painted margins to window openings.

NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central square-headed entrance; 2-leaf timber door; infilled fanlight; shop windows flanking. Regular fenestration at upper floors.

SW (BOAT VENNAL) ELEVATION: entrances to centre and right; timber doors (2-leaf to right with multi-paned fanlight); single window to left; Regular fenestration at upper floors.

Shop windows at ground; plate glass timber sash and case windows to upper floors of entrance elevation; predominantly 8-pane to rear elevation. Grey slate roof; rooflight.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
