Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, near rectangular-plan classical house facing harbour. Whinstone, with rubble to sides. Blocking course; painted quoins; painted margins to windows; stone mullions to bipartite windows.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: pilastered, corniced and block pedimented central entrance; recessed timber door; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Flanking bipartite windows at ground and 1st floor. Segmental-arched dormers at attic to outer left and right.

Modern windows; solar panels. Grey slate roof; brick gablehead stacks; polygonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
