Description
Collin House is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house with attics and a basement. It is constructed of painted rubble featuring polished raised margins and quoins. The entrance is accessed by steps that oversail the basement, leading to a consoled doorway with a double-leaf door and fanlight above. The windows are single light with 12-pane sashes. The house has a moulded eaves cornice, slate roofs, and corniced end stacks. The rear elevation includes tripartite windows on the ground floor and bipartite windows on the first floor, with the rest of the details consistent with the front.
