Description
Glensone is an early 19th century house that features two storeys, an attic, and a basement. The building is constructed of pinned rubble and is painted, with rusticated quoins and raised window margins. The front elevation is symmetrical with three bays and has recessed single-storey pavilions on either side that have piend roofs. There is a modern porch at the center. All windows are single light, sash and case, with either 4 or 12-pane glazing. The house has a band course above the basement and at the eaves, along with a moulded eaves course. The roof is a piend roof covered with good graded slates, and it has tall end stacks with octagonal cans.
