1 Dinvin Street, Portpatrick

1 Dinvin Street in Portpatrick is an earlier 19th-century, single-storey cottage with an attic, featuring a three-bay rectangular plan and situated at the end of a terrace. The exterior is finished in harl, with painted rubble on the side and painted margins around the windows.

On the south elevation, which serves as the entrance, there is a decorative doorpiece with a consoled cornice at the center, flanked by single windows. The attic has dormers on both the outer left and right sides. The windows are plate glass timber sash and case, and there is a rooflight. The roof is covered in grey slate, with stone skews and octagonal cans.

The interior was not seen in 1997. There is a rubble boundary wall to the outer right, along with coped gatepiers that lead to timber garage gates.
