Description

Two distinct builds comprising a) an earlier 19th century

farmhouse wing composed as a single storey 3-bay cottage

built against b), the existing farmhouse, and sharing common

long wall. Harled, with ashlar margins; slate roofs.

COTTAGE: E-facing; panelled door with fanlight set in

pilastered doorcase; corniced openings; sash windows with

12-pane glazing pattern; end stacks, each with pair diamond

flues; piended roof.

EXISTING FARMHOUSE: single storey and attic, gabled roof with

end and axial stacks; W ranges to steading courtyard.
