Description
80 High Street in Lockerbie is probably from the late 18th century but has been altered. The building has two storeys and four bays, with one wide bay and three narrower ones, facing south along High Street in a prominent position. The first floor features outer Venetian windows, while the left part has an early 20th-century three-bay shop front with roll-moulded basket-arched openings. Above this, there is painted render with contrasting painted margins, and the roof is slate. The ground floor of the building has been spoiled, with modern textured render, and the first floor has modern shutters and a modern tile roof. Corniced end stacks complete the structure.
