Description

Earlier 19th century. Late Georgian corner tenement. 3

storeys over railed basement, 5 bays (the left broader) to

Irish Street, 3 bays to Assembly Street. Droved red ashlar,

band courses divide floors. Recessed panelled doors with

pilastered jambs and decorative fanlight; 2 doors (in 2nd

and 4th bays) to Irish Street; central door to Assembly

Street and bipartites in right bay. Plate glass sash

windows throughout. Stack removed. Piended slate roof.
