Description

18th century, renovated Ron Galloway 1996. Single-storey, 3-bay gabled cottage with gablehead stacks; 1996 2-bay piend-roofed addition to W (left). Random rubble to front, rendered elsewhere. Central timber boarded door with flanking windows; similar door to inner bay of extension; window to outer bay.

12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Coped, rendered stacks with single clay cans. Ashlar coped skews. Graded grey slate.

BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: cast-iron railings on low, stepped, modern boundary wall.
