Description
30-38 Thistle Street is a former printing works built in the earlier 19th century. The building is three stories high and has seven bays, constructed from coursed cream sandstone rubble. The right bay features a modern architraved corniced doorpiece, while the second floor has taller windows positioned just below the eaves.
The rear elevation is irregular and also three stories tall, with garages at ground level. The building has timber sash and case windows with 12 panes. It features ashlar coped skews, although the stacks have been removed, and is covered with grey slates.
The interior was not seen in 1995.
