Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. Single storey with basement, 2-bay classical terraced house, subdivided into 2 houses. Ashlar to ground, droved ashlar to basement. Band course between basement and ground, cornice and blocking course. Architraved windows.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 5 steps with original cast-iron handrails to pilastered and corniced raised doorpiece at bay to outer left; deep-set modern panelled door and plate glass rectangular fanlight. Window in bay to right; 2 windows to basement. Door to outer right at basement level, as entrance to basement house.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994; extensions to right and left.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, rendered and coped mutual stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: rubble with coping; original railings; harled with coped wall to side.
