Description
10A Main Street in Dalmeny is a mid-19th century single-storey, three-bay terraced cottage. The building is constructed from rubble with dressed stone features and chamfered margins.
On the north elevation, there is a central four-panelled timber door with a fanlight, flanked by windows. The west gable is obscured by the adjoining terrace, which is noted in a separate listing. The south elevation was not visible in 1997.
The cottage features 10-pane lying-pane timber sash and case windows, a graded grey slate roof, and stugged sandstone apex stacks that are capped with circular cans. The roof also has skews.
