Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay house with semi-circular rear stairwell. Variegated sandstone, coursed and squared rubble to front with droved dressings, stugged at 1st floor, coursed rubble to rear and sides. S (FRONT) ELEVATION: small modern timber porch to doorway at centre, rectangular plate glass fanlight obscured behind; single window at 1st floor above. Outer bays with single windows to ground and 1st floor. N (REAR) ELEVATION: semi-circular stairwell at centre with single windows. Single windows to outer bays. E AND W ELEVATIONS: gabled with apex stacks.

Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing.

Slate roof with stone ridge; coped apex stacks; ashlar skews.

INTERIOR: stone stair with casti-iron balusters.
