Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey 3-bay cottage. Cream sandstone, coursed and squared rubble, droved dressings, droved ashlar quoins.

S (FRONT) ELEVATION: architraved entrance doorway at centre with panelled door and rectangular plate glass fanlight; single windows flanking. N (JORDAN LANE) ELEVATION: single window to each bay.

E AND W ELEVATIONS: gabled with apex stacks (rebuilt).

Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. Slate roof; droved ashlar skews.

INTERIOR: not seen 1992.

BOUNDARY WALL: tall rubble wall with flat coping flanking Jordan Lane elevation and over Pedestrian doorway.
