Description

Dated 1878(?). Single storey and attic villa over basement. Squared and coursed ashlar with polished ashlar dressings, cornice and blocking course. Timber sash and case windows and dormer to attic with plate glass. Grey slates to piended roof, ashlar wallhead stacks with cornice and moulded cans.

S (FRONT) ELEVATION: consoled, pedimented doorpiece breaking eaves to centre, date cipher in moulded panel over 6-panelled door with broad letterbox fanlight. Bipartite flanking at right, window to left. Large central canted timber dormer to attic with segmentally arched, consoled pediment to centre light.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low ashlar coped coursed rubble wall to road, cast- and wrought iron-gate.
