Description

Circa 1800. 2-storey 3-bay town house recessed with front garden, formerly part of a terrace. Coursed rubble, rendered with painted margins to front, painted to rear.

SE (FRONT) ELEVATION: corniced doorway with letterbox fanlight to right bay; single window at 1st floor above. Single windows to centre and left bay. Cast-iron skylight.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: single windows, rectangular flat-roofed extension at ground floor; wallhead to right heightened forming door addition.

NE ELEVATION: gabled with heavy apex stack and remnants of mutual gable; fireplaces etc. with brick infill.

Modern 12-pane timber sash and case replacement windows. Slate roof with metal ridge.

INTERIOR: not seen 1993.

RAILINGS: plain iron railings to front (circa 1990).
