92 Grassmarket, Edinburgh

92 Grassmarket is a late 19th century, narrow three-storey and attic tenement with a gabled design. It features a bipartite window in a corbelled out crowstepped gablehead and houses a public house on the ground floor. The building is constructed of coursed ashlar with polished dressings. The windows have roll-moulded surrounds, with shoulder arches on the second floor and attic. There is a timber panelled door to the right and a window with modern glazing to the left at ground level.

The upper floors have timber sash and case windows with four-pane glazing. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are rendered corniced stacks with circular cans.
