The building is finished in grey harl on both the front and rear elevations, with painted stone margins at the ground level. There is a string course that runs between the ground and first floors.

To the left, there is a shop entrance with a corniced surround and a letterbox fanlight, flanked by windows that have modern glazing. A central passageway leads to the rear of the block. To the right, there is a 2-leaf timber panelled glazed door set within a stop-chamfered lugged architrave topped with a broken pediment that contains a date inscription. This door is also flanked by windows with modern glazing. The building has an irregular window arrangement, including two gables with two windows each; the left gable features a fleur-de-lys finial, while the right gable has an apex stack. There is also a gable with an apex stack at the rear.

The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are stone skews. The apex and end stacks are corniced and have circular cans.
