32A Warrender Park Terrace, Edinburgh

32A Warrender Park Terrace in Edinburgh is a five-storey, four-bay tenement building designed by Edward Calvert in 1884, featuring baronial details as part of a terrace. The structure is made of squared and snecked sandstone with contrasting polished ashlar dressings. It has a base course, a string course at the first floor, and a corbel table at the fourth floor that steps down to the second floor. The reveals are stop-chamfered.

On the entrance elevation, there is a chamfered round-arched doorway with a single window to the left in the second bay. The deep-set panelled door is topped with a plate glass fanlight, and there are bipartite windows above. The fourth floor features a shaped dormerhead. The third bay has bipartite windows, and there is a crowstepped dormerhead linked to a wallhead stack. Full-height canted windows are corbelled to square at the gablehead in the outer left and right bays. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, a coped wallhead stack, stone finials, corniced mutual stacks, and scroll-bracketted skewputts on the main gables.

The interiors were not seen in 1991. The boundary has coping with replacement fencing along the street.
