Description

30, 31, 32 Warrender Park Terrace is a five-storey, four-bay tenement building designed by George Wilson in 1880. It features a symmetrical design above ground and incorporates details inspired by Scottish 17th century architecture, forming part of a larger terrace. The building is constructed from squared and snecked sandstone, accented with contrasting polished ashlar dressings. It has a base course, a cill course at the first and third floors, and a corbel table at the fourth floor. The windows have raised surrounds, chamfered reveals, and Gibbs style doorways. The first-floor single windows have moulded aprons, while the fourth-floor single windows feature shaped cill details and swan-necked pediments.

On the entrance elevation, there are two pedimented doorways in the second bay, with single windows above. To the left, the doorway is flanked by a single window in the third bay, with additional single windows above. The outer left and right bays have full-height canted windows that are swept to square at the fourth floor, along with tripartite windows at the same level. The building is topped with shaped Dutch style gables that include oculi. It has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and a corniced and coped central mutual stack, along with coped mutual stacks and some original rainwater goods, including a hopper. The interiors were not seen in 1991. The boundary features coping with replacement railings along the street.
