Description

91, 93, 95 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, five-bay tenement building designed by George Wilson in 1886, featuring Jacobean architectural details. It is constructed from squared and snecked orange sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. The building includes a base course, a string course above the ground floor, cill courses at the first and third floors, raised window surrounds, chamfered reveals, panelled doors, and border-glazed fanlights.

The entrance elevation showcases a doorway with a Gibbsian surround and a semi-circular pediment in the first and second bays. A similar doorway is offset to the right in the fourth bay, with single windows above it. There is a broken pediment above the first-floor window and a semi-circular dormer head that breaks the eaves at the third floor. To the left of the entrance, there are corbel supports for advanced bipartite windows in the central (third) bay, with a single window to the right of the corbel at ground level. A pedimented slit window is set in a curvilinear gable head. The outer left and right bays feature full-height canted windows with ogee roofs topped with iron weathervane finials. There are also single windows in the second bay, a pediment above the first-floor window, and another semi-circular dormer head at the third floor. A single window is located at ground level between the third and fourth bays. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, a corniced wallhead, and mutual stacks.

The property is bordered by low coping along the street. The interiors were not seen in 1991.
