103 and 105 Warrender Park Road in Edinburgh is a four-storey, five-bay tenement building designed by George McRae in 1881, featuring Baronial architectural details and forming part of a terrace. The building is constructed from coursed orange sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. It has a base course and string courses above the ground and second floors, with bracketed cills and cornices on the first-floor windows. The windows have raised surrounds, and the doorways feature chamfered arrises, panelled doors, and plate glass fanlights.

On the south entrance elevation, the main doorway is located between the second and third bays, offset to the right in the fourth bay, with single windows above. There is a full-height canted window in the second bay topped with a facetted polygonal roof and an iron finial. The fifth bay also has a full-height canted window with a balustraded parapet above, gabletted crowsteps to the gable behind, and a corbelled and corniced gablehead stack. The first bay features bipartite windows, while the third bay has a single window at ground level and bipartites above, along with a pedimented dormerhead with a stone finial for the third-floor window. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and coped mutual stacks, with some original rainwater goods including moulded eaves guttering and hoppers. The interiors were not seen in 1991. The property is bordered by low coping along the street.
