30 Columshill Street, Rothesay

30 Columshill Street in Rothesay is a mid-19th century, two-storey house that is part of a terrace. The building has a rectangular plan and is designed in a plain classical style. It features cherry-cocked rubble sandstone with raised, polished margins and a polished lintel course. The openings are framed with droved rubble sandstone in both long and short surrounds.

On the entrance elevation, there is a replacement small-paned door positioned to the left of center on the ground floor, with a single window to the right. Above, there is a single window centered on the first floor and a rooflight above that. The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slate, has raised skew, and features corniced rendered apex stacks to the north, which are shared with Nos 26 and 28. There are also various circular cans present.

The interior was not seen in 1996. The building was rehabilitated in 1983.
