Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic, symmetrical 3-bay villa with ornate cast-iron columns. Squared, stugged and snecked cream sandstone, ashlar dressings. base course; timber mullions to canted windows; stop-chamfered arrises; cornice.

W (SUTHERLAND STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: segmental-arch doorpiece to centre, moulded reveals, 2-leaf panelled doors, fanlight. Canted windows flanking with eaves swept down to form porch between, supported on decorated columns with foliate flanked by large slate-hung dormers with gablet.

Unfortunate modern replacement windows. Grey slate roof, stacks removed.
