Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay villa. Red sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings to W elevation; remaining elevations harled. Base course; quoin strips; raised margins; decorated timber dressings; overhanging bracketted eaves.

W (GLASGOW STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway to centre, with half-glazed door, decorated frieze above, corblled pediment over with decorated tympanum. Corbelled cornice to windows flanking. Pilastered gabled window breaking eaves to outer right and left above with bracketted cill and decorated tympanum.

S (SIDE) ELEVATION: window at 1st floor to outer right.

E (REAR) ELEVATION: single storey piended projection.

Bipartite casement windows with segment-headed lights to W elevation. Grey slate roof, corniced sandstone stack to left gable.
