Woodside Hotel, 3 Tweedale Street, Oban

The Woodside Hotel is an early 19th century, three-storey and attic, three-bay traditional terraced house located at 3 Tweedale Street in Oban. It features coursed rubble walls with window sills on both the front and rear elevations, dressed margins, and droved arrises on the front elevation. The building has a central entrance door from the street and an additional door to the left of the first bay. The rear elevation also has three bays with central stair windows at intermediate levels.

All storeys of the front and rear have 12-pane timber sash and case windows, except for a plate glass slit window on the first floor of the rear elevation and the ground floor street elevation windows. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes piend-roofed, canted dormers on the rear pitch, which have modern glazing. The chimney stacks have been removed, and there is a single-storey, piend-roofed extension at the rear.
