Description
Oakmere is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay terraced house located at 3 South Street in Garlieston. The building features roughcast walls with a painted raised basecourse and margins around the angles and openings. It has a central door topped with a fanlight, and single light windows that are deeply set with sash and case designs, all fitted with 2-pane glazing. The house is topped with sandstone ridge and end skews, coped end stacks, and a slate roof, which includes two small rooflights. Additionally, it has cast-iron guttering.
