7 South Street in Garlieston is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay terraced house. The exterior is harled and painted, featuring raised painted angles and opening margins. It has a central door and single light windows, with sash and case plate glass windows. The house includes coped end stacks, a sandstone ridge and skews, and slate roofs, along with two small skylights. The property also has cast-iron rainwater goods.
