Description
23 South Street in Garlieston is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay terraced house. The exterior is harled and painted, featuring painted raised margins and a basecourse. It has a central doorway with a two-leaf boarded modern door and a fanlight above. The house includes single light windows that are sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with graded slates and has coped end stacks, although the skews have been removed. There is one rooflight and one skylight. The rear of the building was not seen during the inspection in 1992.
