92 George Street, Whithorn

This is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, four-bay terraced house located at 92 George Street in Whithorn. The building is constructed from squared rubble with painted raised margins and features long and short quoins.

The house has doors at the outer bays, with the right door leading to a pend and the left door being a well-crafted panelled door. All windows are single light with lying-pane glazing, featuring a six-pane lower sash and a four-pane upper sash. The ground floor windows have been replaced with uPVC that imitates the original glazing pattern. The eaves are raised, and the house has slate roofs with corniced end stacks.

At the rear, there is a projecting two-storey wing. The first-floor windows match those at the front, while the ground floor windows are uPVC with plate glass glazing.
