Description

Well House is an early 19th century domed, circular-plan structure located within the Rosneath Castle Policies. It is constructed from stugged ashlar and features an ashlar band course. The entrance is on the east elevation, with a recessed door supported by cast-iron brackets.

Inside, the walls are made of whinstone and sandstone rubble with harl-pointing, and the dome is lined with red brick. The ground level is infilled with stone.
