Description

Netherleigh is an early 19th-century building constructed of ashlar stone. It features an eaves band, a blocking course, and a band at the first floor height, all topped with a slate roof. The building has a T-shaped layout, with the east end hipped and the north and south ends gabled. The north wing is one storey high and has a banded chimney, while the rest of the building is two storeys. Each elevation typically has one window, but the south end wall includes two flanking windows, with one being blank. Most windows are sashes with glazing bars. The entrance has a modern glazed door with a rectangular fanlight and tracery.
