Description
South Grange Farm Horse Mill is a mid-19th century circular-plan horse mill. It is constructed from rubble masonry and has a slate roof. The structure features four surviving piers, with one pier removed, and some infilling at the southwest junction with the steading. Near the roof apex, there are four louvred dormer vents and a damaged decorative weather vane finial.
Inside, there is a later brick partition wall, cross collars, sarking, and the remains of a central pole at the apex.
