Description

Attributed to Charles Edward and Thomas Saunders Robertson, circa 1880, later addition to W. Polished sandstone coursers, ashlar dressings, grey slate piended roof. Base course, mostly 4-pane sash and case windows, moulded architraves, some bracketted cills, modillioned cornice with blocking course, 4 wallhead stacks with base course and moulded cornice, cast-iron rainwater goods with fluted hoppers.

S ELEVATION: off-centre door with fanlight, window to left; recessed bay to right with window; slightly advanced bay to left with canted window; flat-roofed bay to far left with window, later addition recessed to outer left.

E ELEVATION: bay to left with canted window; recessed bay to right with window.

N ELEVATION: 3 windows to original building; additions recessed to right.

INTERIOR: no items of particular interest.
