Description
This building at 13 Sandyhill Road in Banff is a late 19th-century house featuring a single storey and an attic, with three bays. It may incorporate an earlier core. The exterior is harled with ashlar margins. The central entrance has a consoled cornice and a panelled door, flanked by narrow windows. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, and the glazing is modern plate glass.
The house has coped end stacks and flat skews with run-off moulded skewputts, which may be re-used. It is topped with a slate roof.
At the rear, there is a garden wall made of rubble that has been heightened in brick, partially facing Gardiner's Brae.
