Description
18 Sandyhill Road in Banff is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. It features a central entrance with a panelled door and has a regular arrangement of windows, including ground and first floor windows in the return gable facing Bellevue Road. The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing.
The roof has flat skews with run-off moulded skewputts, coped end stacks, and is covered with slate. There is a single-storey wing at the rear of the house.
The property includes a small courtyard at the rear, which is enclosed by the house and a harled rubble wall. It is situated on a corner site with Bellevue Road.
