Description
15 Sandyhill Road in Banff is an early 19th-century building that has undergone later alterations. It consists of a single storey and an attic, featuring a pair of cottages with five bays. The exterior is harled with painted margins and has an alternating arrangement of windows and doors. There are three late 19th-century canted wallhead dormers, with plate glass and 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. The south gable displays late 19th-century decorative bargeboards and deep eaves. The building has end and ridge stacks and is topped with a slate roof.
