Description
8 Sandyhill Road in Banff is a building from the later 18th century. It features a two-storey structure with an irregular five-bay front. On the right side, there is a segmental-headed skewed pend arch. The ground floor includes a doorway and four windows, while the first floor has an irregular arrangement of five windows. The windows are fitted with plate glass timber sash and case glazing. The building has two end stacks and one ridge stack; two of these are harled with a brick dentilled cornice, while one has been renewed in modern brick. The roof is covered with slate.
At the rear, there has been extensive modernization, including modern glazing and a flat-roofed sunroom.
