Description
This is a house located at 9 Sandyhill Road in Banff, built around 1800. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring two bays. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. There is one window on the first floor, along with a late 19th-century canted wallhead dormer. The glazing consists of plate glass and four-pane timber sash and case windows. The house has coped rubble end stacks and a slate roof.
