Earlier/mid 19th century. 2-storey house with attic 3 bays, centre recessed door, sash windows with horizontal glazing pattern. Rendered as ashlar; painted margins; pair piended square dormers (sash windows with 4-pane glazing), end stacks, slate roof. Sympathetic extensions to rear.
