Description
Holly Cottage is a house from the mid to late 18th century, featuring a rendered exterior and pantile roofs. It is two stories tall with three bays, and has a single-storey bay on the right side. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, which is flanked by sash windows set in flush-wood architraves. On the first floor, there are side-sliding sash windows with glazing bars. The house has dentilled eaves, kneelers, and ashlar gable coping, with end stacks. The right bay includes a mid-20th century window frame and ashlar gable coping.
Inside, there is a narrow entrance hall that features a likely contemporary plaster ceiling with moulded panels, panelled doors, and a plain staircase located opposite the entrance leading to the rear.
