Description
The Vicarage is a late 18th-century vicarage that has been converted into a private house. It is constructed of coursed squared grey limestone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The main entrance is a four-panel door located between the second and third bays, which is topped by a fanlight with interlaced glazing bars. The door is framed by panelled reveals and a door-case made up of two attached plain columns that support an open pediment. There is a blocked doorway to the far left. The main door is flanked by sash windows in flush wood architraves, while the window to the far left and those on the first floor are 16-pane sashes, also in flush wood architraves, with stone sills and channelled keyed lintels throughout. The building features shaped kneelers and ashlar gable copings. There is an external stack on the far right and a ridge stack located between the first and second bays. An outbuilding attached to the left is not of special interest. The interior has not been inspected.
