Earlier/mid 19th century. Symmetrical 2-storey house with attic, 3 bays, centre recessed door, windows sash and case with 4-pane glazing pattern. Rendered, with painted margins; pair 3-light dormers with pedimented gables and lights on flanks; slate roof; end stacks.
