Description

Westend House is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century, likely a remodelling of an earlier 18th-century structure. The house is rendered with a slate roof and rendered stacks. It is two storeys high with an attic level defined by gabled dormers. The main facade has three bays, with a two-storey wing extending to the left. The windows are three-light casements, featuring moulded mullions, surrounds, and thin dripmoulds. A large two-light cross window with a semi-circular head is centrally positioned on the first floor, set beneath a gable. A central panelled door is accessed via a projecting porch with a canopy supported by slender uprights. Large rear wings are also present.
