Description

This building at 13 Campbell Street in Banff is a late 19th-century single-storey house with an attic. It is constructed of mixed rubble featuring contrasting painted courses and has concrete long and short dressings. The entrance is centrally located and includes a panelled door. There are canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which have modern plate glass glazing with hopper upper lights. The house has coped concrete end stacks and a slate roof.
