Description

16 Campbell Street in Banff is a house built around 1900, featuring a two-storey, asymmetrical design with three bays in an L-plan layout. The exterior is made of bull-faced rubble with harled gables and concrete dressings. The main entrance is located in the re-entrant angle of the building, while a blocked doorway in the chamfered angle was previously the entrance for No 14. The ground floor includes a bipartite window in the advanced gabled bay and a canted bay window to the right of the doorway. A single gabled dormer protrudes from the wallhead. The house has modern plate glass glazing, coped end and wallhead concrete stacks, and a slate roof.
