Description

10 Campbell Street in Banff is a late 19th-century house featuring a single storey and attic with three bays. The building is constructed of squared dark whinstone, accented by contrasting painted courses and concrete dressings. It has a central entrance flanked by windows that showcase long and short detailing. The outer bays include canted wallhead dormers topped with cast-iron apex finials, and the windows are fitted with 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. The house has concrete coped end stacks and a slate roof.
