Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house with rear wing. Squared dark whinstone, concrete dressings, harled return

gable and rear. Centre door linked to flanking windows by bandcourse; long and short dressings. Canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; 4-pane timber sash and case glazing; corniced end concrete stacks; slate roof.
