Description

1 Campbell Street in Banff is a late 19th-century house featuring a single storey and an attic, with a three-bay front and a rear wing. The exterior is constructed of squared dark whinstone with concrete dressings, and has a harled return gable and rear. The central door is connected to the flanking windows by a bandcourse, and there are long and short dressings. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, and the windows are 4-pane timber sash and case glazing. The house has corniced end concrete stacks and a slate roof.
