Description

This is a late 19th century, single storey and attic house with three bays. It is constructed from dark, heavily pointed whinstone with concrete dressings. The house features a central door and canted dormers in the outer bays, which have modern plate glass glazing with hopper upper lights. There are corniced concrete stacks at each end, and the roof is covered with slate.
