Description

This building at 2 Campbell Street in Banff is a late 19th-century house featuring a single storey and an attic, with a three-bay layout. It is constructed from mixed squared rubble with a harled return gable and concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located, and the windows exhibit long and short detailing. The outer bays have canted wallhead dormers, which contain modern plate glass glazing with hopper upper lights. The house has coped concrete end stacks and a slate roof, along with a single storey rear wing.
