Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. Mixed squared rubble, harled return gable, concrete dressings. Centre entrance; long and short detailing to windows; canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; modern plate glass glazing wih hopper upper lights. Coped concrete end stacks; slate roof. Single storey rear wing.
